RETURNS

 

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, simply initiate a returns request <HERE>. 

 

Returns for Sneakers and Apparel:

All sales are final in regards to sneakers and apparel due to the consignment nature of our business. Yankeekicks is a sneaker and apparel consignment marketplace. This means the majority of items we have in stock belong to and are provided by different and independent owners. Once an item is sold (online or in-store), the owner immediately receives his/hers payment. For this reason we are unable to process any type of return or exchange.

If you have any questions about the sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please contact us before a purchase is made. We can be reached via email: store@yankeekicks.com
Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors.

 

Return Policy for Sneaker Containers and Sneaker Care:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from delivery date for US orders; 7 days for China orders; and 14 days for rest of world.
  • Items must be new, unused and in the original packaging as received.
  • All items purchased during a promotional period and using a discount code are final sale.

    YankeeKicks does not provide return shipping labels. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information.

    If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfillment error, please email us at support@yankeekicks.zendesk.com with your order details and we will address it promptly.

     

    REFUNDS

     

    Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and re-authenticate the item(s) and process your refund.  Refunds will be issued as store credit only. 

     

    EXCHANGES

     

    Due to the nature of our consignment marketplace, we are not able to offer exchanges.  Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability, even identical items may vary in price. 

     

    Change or Cancellation Policy

     

    As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment process goes into motion. To change or cancel an order, please send an email to support@yankeekicks.zendesk.com. The product change (ex: size swap) is subject to availability. The alternate sneaker size you are looking for may be sold out when we review your case.


    The sooner we receive a request, the faster we can work on your order.


    Please Note there is a 15% restocking fee based on your order.
    If the product has already shipped, you may return it under our Return Policy for STORE CREDIT.
