Allen Iverson’s Reebok Answer 5 gets another Billionaire Boys Club makeover dropping late February 2020.
Reebok Answer 5 releases an all new BBC colorway for the Spring. After the previous ComplexCON model serving as their return sneakers back in November 2019, Billionaire Boys Club fans are ready for the Answer 5 BBC Ice Cream.
Get into the look…
To summarize, Allen Iverson’s Reebok Answer V released in 2001, featuring Reebok’s patented DMX I-Pak and Ultralight technology. Iverson wore the Answer 5 throughout the 2001-2002 NBA season. The rest is history.
In true Pharrell fashion, BBC paints the Reebok A5 silhouette in striking colors fit for Spring. Perforated Teal suede underlays support matching mesh tongue and slender rope laces. On top, we see a sunflower Yellow hook-and-loop strap. Instead of “I3” branding, we find the Ice Cream logo inside the circular ankle jewel resting inside the Purple nubuck heel stabilizer.
Cushioning in the injection-molded EVA midsole provides shock absorption in tonal Purples and Yellows. This color scheme continues down to the DMX I-Pak rubber outsole. Finally, an Iverson Ice Cream hangtag serves as the cherry on top.
The Reebok A5 Ice Cream are set to release February 20th. So, will you be copping a pair of the Billionaire Boys Club sneakers? Until then, be sure to keep it locked here for more sneak peeks, reviews and releases of the hottest kicks.
