The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 plan to take over the Fall with this upcoming “MX Oat” expected to release this October. The adidas Originals are already heating up the Summer. Model after model of Yeezy silhouette seems to be hitting nonstop. However, something about the 350 V2 takes the cake in terms of design and function.
Instead of dark marbling and rich Chocolate accents, this 350 features a delightfully bright and playful mix of colors. Similar to the Yeezy’s of old, a Butter Green background sets the tone for the silhouette. It appears the full-length quarter panel mesh utilizes Tan and Soft Grey, which at first seems out of place. That is until you add the complementing light Tan laces, liner, heel pull tab, and Boost midsole.
As for the rest of the upper, we get less of a Rocky Road ice cream look and lean more towards something like a funfetti cake. We still see plenty of the marble swirls beautifully mixed together on the Primeknit material. However the Yellow, Blue, and Orange turn into something truly harmonious.
Comparatively, the look from the “MX Rock” to the “MX Oat” is a 180. And no other silhouette in the Yeezy family can pull off as many different colors as the 350 V2. With the “MX Rock” rumored to release just one month before, could you see yourself copping those and the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “MX Oat’? Keep it locked to YankeeKicks for more info on these and other sneaker releases coming soon.
