Adidas Futurecraft is branching out with Pharrell Williams for an all new HU 4D, available in 2 colorways.
Pharrell Williams has more than his share of sneaker experience. Namely his Adidas Original “HU” line. Famously known for his vibrant colors and meticulous details, “HU” teams up Futurecraft, merging eclectic and tech. Together they have created “HU” 4.
“Hu is short for human – human being, human race, humankind. But Hu, itself is also a reference to color. As human beings, we all have a color. We all look different, we all speak different languages, but we’re all connected.”

Made to support multi-directional movement in the gym, on the court, or during your commute, the HU 4D features a breathable full Primeknit upper with White tint that creates rhombi across the heel. Flattened Primeknit laces loop through pre-cut eyelets and criss-cross down in smaller sections to delicately embroidered vamp.
A ribbed elastic tongue and collar provide a smooth supportive fit. They are accompanied by tonal “HU” branding on the lateral side and pull tab. Three Stripes performance logo appear in faded White over scale-like embroidery on the lateral and medial sides. All of this sits atop the Futurecraft 4D- printed lattice Mint Green midsole and tonally matching outsole with Adidas branding on the toe box. The “HU” 4D be available in what have been dubbed “Active Purple” and “Tech Olive.”
The Pharrell x Futurecraft is sure to be a collab for the history books, currently retailing at $400 a pair and available mid-January of next year. In the meantime, sneaker fans should stay tuned for the latest updates on sneaker news
